Are letter of rec worth it? DO they help at all? ALSO DO REC LETER HAVE TO BE FROM SORORITY ALUMNI or can they be current members?

if from a reliable source a recommendation can get you through the first round or so but dont count on it
they usually cannot be from active members but you would have to check for each chapters policy
