no such thing is under rated sororities... only people trying to self rank themselves into thinking they should be higher.

I feel like ChiO should be more relevant. I guess because a lot of them are a bit more reserved and not huge into parties... But I know a lot of quality girls in there

Chi O use to be a top six house, has fallen down a lot, middle to lower tier/ middle house. I think they are too religious, but still nice girls. Prefed with them, but went to top house, did not feel comfortable there. They do have strong sisterhood. Do not think they will ever be a top house. Never were.
