do junior transfers ever rush?

I will be beginning my UF career in the fall, an I am curious if greek life is still a realistic option for Junior transfers. Rushing is not a do-or-die thing for me, just want to know if it is an option.

I stood next to 2 junior santa fe transfers in line during rush, they both went to a "top" house. I also had two junior transfers in my PC and we are a typically a competitive house during recruitment as well.
