Phi Mu - ΦΜ Sorority at University of Florida - UF 4.0 Alright, everyone knows Phi Mu is considered lower tier, and that's probably never going to change. Even if Phi Mu built a new house with every amenity possible, and even if they got a PC equivalent to a top tier's. They'll never move higher in the ranks because people find that notion inconceivable. Phi Mu is the loveable lower tier. BUT they have one of the strongest sisterhoods I've ever seen. Any girl in Phi Mu would sit down and have a cup of coffee with you and tell you all about her sisterhood even if you were a stranger. And you'd be able to see just how much they value each other
