Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Florida - UF 1.5 Claims to have large parties but when girls come they can’t seem to handle them all and quite literally kick them out. They are the lamest frat I’ve encountered by far. They can’t host anything without having the cops called on them. Sore losers and aren’t even paired for homecoming because no sorority likes them enough :)

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Florida - UF 2.9 Boys in this frat think they are top tier when they’re not and in reality just weird. Wake up check you were REJECTED by everyone you courted for homecoming. Should really be a wake up call when you spend thousands of dollars on a sorority and they pick someone with a better social reputation over you.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Florida - UF 4.5 pikapp at uf is pretty solid overall. considering they got suspended for 4 years and came back in like 2014 they are one of the only chapters to be able to recover that quickly considering how good they were before getting kicked off. are they back to where they were? no not at all yet but they do socials with all the top sororities, we had a social with pikapp at rooftop and it was actually really fun, they bit off a little more than they could chew going for dg but they probably felt like that was the next step for them, who really knows i expected them to go for chi o as a back up but that never happened and they ended up unpaired
