Great Frat with the best tailgates and best parties on campus. Most of the guys in PDT tend to me extremely confident but it never comes off as demeaning. From a non Greek POV they are extremely nice and genuine. Treated me with respect at their last party. They are actually diverse too which is great to see that they pledge those who correlate with their values.

I rushed here and pi lam and pi lam reallllyyy wanted me. I thought pi lam would be a good fit until I saw vids of phi delts tailgate. I immediately knew I made the wrong choice. Phi delt is full of guys with coincidence who know how to pop off. #rerushing in spring

they are top tier for now and probably will be despite being on probation but they are living off their name. their house sucks and is dry, lost fort which was their only real appeal, their on probation for fall and they have less than 100 actives going into the year
