Sigma Kappa - ΣΚ Sorority at Louisiana Tech University - LTU 1.5 Poor sigma is really declining. They work so hard to try to get good girls during rush, but end up lying to everyone (probably why a lot of people drop). Girls come in expecting fun and sisterhood, but sigma has the least parties and events out of all the sororities. I've talked to so many girls who are disappointed to feel like they're just paying money to feel like they're in a sorority. It's sad how badly their pledge class is divided by the "cool" girls that think they're way too good for the "weirder" girls.

Poor sigma is really declining. They work so hard to try to get good girls during rush, but end up lying to everyone (probably why a lot of people drop). Girls come in expecting fun and sisterhood, but sigma has the least parties and events out of all the sororities. I've talked to so many girls who are disappointed to feel like they're just paying money to feel like they're in a sorority. It's sad how badly their pledge class is divided by the "cool" girls that think they're way too good for the "weirder" girls.

Sigma Kappa - ΣΚ Sorority at Louisiana Tech University - LTU 4.9 good girls, coming back stronger than ever. my bf says all his frat brothers only date sigmas once their serious about a relationship and i think that says something. sweet to non-greeks like myself, always see them happy on campus, i know they party but they do it classily

Sigma Kappa - ΣΚ Sorority at Louisiana Tech University - LTU 3.9 I truly am a fan of Sigma. They are a group of girls that really lead each other to be their best selves. I know girls who have found their homes there and even my roommate says she wishes she would have gone sigma during rush. These girls go through campus with confidence, yet don't feel the need to flaunt themselves like some other houses. they have a sweet and loyal sisterhood, and most people who drop do it because they don't want to commit to building a sisterhood.

Sigma Kappa - ΣΚ Sorority at Louisiana Tech University - LTU 1.5 i feel like so many girls pledge sigma kappa expecting so much from this house. but this past pledge class is such a random group of girls its almost like you either sink or swim. so sad to see some of my best friends get let down by sigma kappa bc they were lied to during recruitment and told sigma would be an incredible fit for them and now they feel like the black sheep of the sorority. so sad to see this sorority so divided in its own pledge class

Sigma Kappa - ΣΚ Sorority at Louisiana Tech University - LTU 1.2 I had a friend go sigma and completely change everything about herself. She was so unhappy and just trying to fit in- it was like she couldn't find her people in there. Seem to be kind of self absorbed and only care about themselves. They had a lot of girls drop this PC which is just kinda sad to me. I think they're going downhill because they only get a few good girls each year that would probably rather be in another sorority.

Sigma Kappa - ΣΚ Sorority at Louisiana Tech University - LTU 2.2 I honestly just feel bad for sigma. They try so hard to copy other sororities that I dont think they can find their own identity. Some are just phi mu wannabes (they probably got cut bc they didnt have the grades). Others probably shouldve gone AXO but cared too much about their reputation. Others wish they were popular or had good enough grades to go KD. Its a good group of girls so i wish they could figure out who they are. Thats probably why they have a clique problem.

Sigma Kappa - ΣΚ Sorority at Louisiana Tech University - LTU 1.7 Most sigmas usually end up either dropping or wishing they had. The ones im friends with always complain that they feel like they’re paying just to say they’re in a sorority. They have the least amount of events (exchanges, parties, etc) and last year girls had to beg them to even have a Christmas party. If you don’t want to be involved it’s an okay sorority but if you’re more fun loving it’s definitely one of the more boring sororities. Girls typically end up miserable in sigma.
