Unfortunately I did not like the house I received a bid from so i dropped out of recruitment :/ but sigma kappa is the house I wanted. They are such sweet girls and i think they are the best by far. They love their sister’s and their philanthropy. I will be going through recruitment again to try and get sigma kappa

Everyone loves a sigma. Im a girl that goes to lsu but am from Ruston, and everyone at tech and in Ruston likes sigma because they have sweet and fun girls. If I went to Tech I’d go sigma!

So is it normal for a sorority to totally change a persons personality? I personally feel like sororities are supposed to be a place where you experience self growth not mold into a new person. I knew a girl in this chapter who after pledging became a totally different person....and not in a good way

Sigma is just an OK sorority. It's the ones girls to when they don't get the one they want so they just settle because it could be worse. They don't have great sisterhood because it's such a random group of girls that they don't really get a long. They get a few good girls each year, and everyone else is just glad to get into a house. Not the worst but not the best.
