Phi Sigma Sigma - ΦΣΣ Sorority at Kutztown University - KU 4.7 Phi sigs deff in the top three. they basically own one of the best frats on campus. Not sure why some people try to say they aren't, but it might be because they're threatened. Everyone on campus knows phi sig and knows they have some of the most naturally beautiful girls! Theyre also so nice and arnt your fake ig girls. I wish I rushed them when I was a freshman.
