Has completely went downhill the past 3 years. Numerous pledges drop after joining after realizing this sorority does have a strong sisterhood and main focus is partying.

dphie is so awful to their sisters, they have such a huge drop rate and it’s because of how they treat their sisters once they’re initiated. they have the cool girl act down, but once u actually look into their chapter it’s nothing like what their socials portray

Major decline with the past few pledge classes with multiple drops when the get in. Not very friendly and sisterhood does not appear strong.

I’ve met a lot of nice dphies but damn do I hear something about drama within them every other minute. Not saying it’s every single one and I know it probably happens with every sorority but their drama spreads for some reason. Their style is very pinteresty which I like and they are pretty nice and genuine for the most part to PNMS or strangers.

Honestly, I do not see where the hate comes from for DPHIE. They have really improved these last couple years, and are easily one of the top sororities. They are super involved, have fun events, and raise tons of money. The girls I have interacted with are super nice and cool and very welcoming. I think the bad talk just comes from people who are jealous or make assumptions Lol

Honestly dphies new pc is some of the most gorg and nice girls there are! Dont really get all the hate with them. I think other girls are just intimidated or upset the got dropped in recruitment.
