rush

When is formal rush and is there informal rush here? Also is it hard to get a bid as a junior? (I'm a girl)

Formal recruitment takes place the first week of spring semester! There really isn't an "informal rush" at Richmond, but some chapters, namely Pi Phi, DG, and KD, have had to do snap bids or continuous open bidding after recruitment ends to reach their quotas.
