Decent fraternity that’s on a slow comeup, pulled a solid rush class. Has hype lodges but house parties tend to be hit or miss. Definitely kushes hard compared to the other frats. Bottom middle tier at the moment, but have the potential to become more relevant in the future.

These are the "nice guys" who are soft but not too soft to not be in a fraternity. They're probably on the rise but its a slow rise, if any. Lodges are pretty good.

honestly the chillest frat ever. these guys are so fun and alot of the guys are super attractive. their parties are the most lit and they for sure have turned up the heat this year. def a frat to chill with and look out for. theta chi def feels threatened by them this year and they totally should be
