Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at University of Rhode Island - URI 2.2 I know from a friend who joined that she regrets it. It's super cliquey and expensive for not having a house. Plus they won't be a chapter if they dont get to capacity. All the good rankings on here are obviously self ranks

They go hard when it comes to raising money and now that a lot of weird randos dropped over break, looks like all they can go from here is up.
