TLDR: D Phi E is the worst house on campus, but there's food there. This is such a sad self rank.

This is obv a self-rank + they couldn't even try to make it realistic. Also I'm in Sigma Kappa and we have NEVER had an event with DPhiE so idk what the hell this person is on... we don't associate with bottom tier orgs.
