Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of Rhode Island - URI 2.2 I know only a handful of guys in this frat, one is the most interesting and cool guy I've met here and one is the most bland and uninteresting person I've ever met anywhere. Not involved, not looking to be involved, hard to take them seriously.
