No doubt these guys are hot and throw fun parties. I never trust any of them though...at socials, they are like animals on the hunt? I'd say they dominate greek life as far as making their presence known and branding themselves. If you love looking at yourself in the mirror, this is the frat for you...but there's a few others that are a better option.

Top tier. Party with hot girls, prob 2nd best frat behind Lambda. A bunch of kids who are obsessed with themselves and fight over the dumbest things but a few are cool.

I bet you most of these ranks are from jealous frat guys. Yes, they are very into themselves, but for a reason. They are hot. They are all those pretty boy jocks that you wanted to date in high school/wanted to be. Also surprisingly competitive when it comes to Greek week but that's about it when it comes to philanthropy. Always parties with the hottest sororities. Will be top for awhile.
