Phi Mu Delta - ΦΜΔ Fraternity at Indiana University of Pennsylvania - IUP 2.9 So I think the “Honest af” rating below mine is pretty spot on. I’ll add to it tho. I can’t tell if your new house was a hit or miss when it comes to drawing people in. However, I think the most impressive thing from such a bottom tier frat is the brotherhood. You guys are truly eachothers best friends it seems. But still, you need wayyy more people. Don’t be so dorky. Choose your rush events that make people talk to eachother. I’m sure nationals wants you guys to act like a social club but you’re not. You’re a FRAT. So be a frat. All it takes is a few popular guys to get their buddies to join and you guys can be back in business and get up there to at least middle tier. Rush with a purpose and not like you’ll just take anyone. Good luck

They throw a lot of subpar parties in a nasty house. They have ZERO support from any sort of national office. They rely on themselves. So when they don’t partake in anything, it makes them irrelevant. Keep that up and I give this frat another 5 years before they’re out of rushes and fade away. Get it together guys. Kinda dorky and nobody really talked about them like they were relevant. But other frats are disappearing left and right so I’d say they are moving up in the ranks due to process of elimination.

Phi Mu Delta - ΦΜΔ Fraternity at Indiana University of Pennsylvania - IUP 2.9 Great group of guys! All of the brothers I've met are very nice and respectful. Though I never see them actively involved around campus. They throw good parties MOST of the time, but not all the time. They're definitely nowhere near top tier but still a good fraternity.
