fraternity rush transfer

Ill be on campus next semester as a junior but have to stay an extra semester, do fraternities take juniors, like the top ones or would be better if i rushed the other fraternities, and what is the difference between the top frats and the rest? Thanks

I believe most fraternities if not all have fall pledge classes. I didn't the same thing as you and joined a fraternity last fall just fine because as long as you have above 15 credit hours and above a 2.5 GPA you're all good to go.
