their new house is crappy and they're failing from all the semesters of poor recruitment. I'd rather do things with ChiPhi and Delta Sig than ATO at this point

Our new house is actually better than the last one. So do you actually know how to think? And our recruitment was really strong despite the location... But you must be a real estate genius.
