only top tiers?

Now that Kappa's in trouble it made me question, is it only the top houses that have the problems? Do houses like axo, dz, gamma phi, fuzzie etc. ever have issues?
Or is it the top tiers recruiting problem girls?

Look, let's be honest here. The culture of kkg for years and years has been to haze, regardless of rules. We all know it. They were able to get away with it for years, and with impunity, IMO. It was an open secret. It would have continued had the girl not been hit by the car. That being said, I just don't see them getting kicked off campus. SoPro until the year 2065 or the end of the world. whichever comes first? Perhaps. Nationals review? A Come to Jesus meeting with Nationals/Nationals having a heavy hand in chapter operations/recruitment like DG had a few years ago? Perhaps. I don't think anyone knows at this point. But we still like to speculate.
I do feel sorry for the girls in kkg who are not involved with this stuff, though. Not all of them live up to the negative image.
