Let's be honest here
Kappa and Pi Phi are in a class of their own.

then KD, APhi, DG, and Theta, i agree dg's so-pro is hurting them now.

then DDD probably, sorry ChiO your pledge class just isnt as quality, you could throw AGD in there to be generous but theyre kinda just chillin on their own.

AXiD should honestly be put down with AXO and AEPhi, theyre okay but just kinda strange, and then AXO is just different, no other way to describe it, and AEPhi looks for a specific girl, if they didnt theyd be better.

DZ and AOII are where they are bc they are terrible recruiters and just the most awkward people you'll ever meet in the greek community.

kd has slipped to being more in line with dg ..sorry but true

As a new member who just went through recruitment I'd have to say I agree with "Times are a changing"... Many girls I went through with were torn between Pi Phi, Kappa, and KD. I think these three stood out the most and went above and beyond during recruitment! I never saw anything special about DG and their reputation definitely didn't help. But I never thought less of any of the others you call "Top Tier" (APhi and Theta) they just weren't for me.

pi phi is good but not above the others and kappa likes a rich girls first, then they consider the rest, kd is is solid mid tier,other biggest change is the slipping of dg
