Rush question please answer

Does anyone know anything about frat hazing, like what frats I can realistically get a bid at that won’t really haze? I heard sig chi does stuff with throw up (yuck) and some other frats do a lot of workouts but is it safe to rush any of the other top five? I’d be fine with a light workout but no liquor or throw up. I don’t really know how greekrank works so text me 5134170098
