So Adpi has the phi psi house? Is that forever or re they temporarily renting?

that should help them leapfrog up the ranks. think a nice house must play a big part in establishing a new sorority. kappa had a nice house ready to go (and history of being top here) when they came back while Gamma Phi had neither of those things and look how that played out.

you can look this up on the county’s website. it’s all untrue, phi psi still owns both on their houses.

adpi might be renting, but that’s the same as gphi as far as pouring money into something that’s not theirs. aopi did that years ago and now isnt even at osu

Adpi is renting. Phi psi owns the house it’s super historic they can take it back whenever they want
