Alr being so deadass the girls in AEPHi are genuinely as hot as the APHI, PI PHI, DG and hotter than the rest. Why the hell are they ranked as a bottom tier sorority.

No they are not even in the same category as the top houses on the first 2 lines.
They are better than AXO & AGD though and should be above them
