The Delta Zeta Poem (2nd edition)
by: ato pledge
Delta Zeta stomps in swearing they still run the show,
Living off legends from a decade ago.
Bloated with ego, squeezing into fame,
Same tired chants, still playing the same game.
Heavy on noise, light on wit,
Call it confidence but it’s not quite it.
Irrelevant queens of a played-out scene,
Tryna milk clout that’s long since been.
While the world moves fast, you’re stuck on repeat,
Floorboards creak when you grab a seat
So toast to the past you cling to tight—
Cause relevance dipped and said goodnight
