It gives a bad impression, like your top priority is boys and drinking, especially being underage. If you can't restrain yourself for two weeks for the sake of recruitment then you're far from an ideal candidate for a sorority, where rule following is a requirement and members' behavior reflects directly on the entire membership.

Before rush starts is fine as long as u don’t go crazy (causing hangover) or do anything that could make a bad impression. I wouldn’t go out after rush starts.

If you are seen out with a beverage we will assume you're drinking even if it's just water. That's a bad impression if you're a pnm. You can do what you want but we're trying to tell you how to have as good a rush as you can. Behavior matters.

start dry tomorrow night prob so you feel good for friday sororities are dry during rush it's mostly just so you aren't hungover for rush which would be a really bad look for sororities or pnms

there’s 1400+ pnms so it’s not like the spotlight is on you, do what you want. its inevitable that some will go out. I would just recommend being smart and aware

The smart and aware ones will not go out. But if you really want go ahead, it makes our job easier of who to cut.
