Tep or dke (I am blacklisted from apes)

My dad didn’t have a John summit connect so now I need help between dke and tep. I want to live in a house but I don’t think tep or dke have sophomore houses and I heard dke is falling off the face of the earth but I am also afraid to get re circumcised as a tep pledge. Can someone help me make a decision ???

Tep may be one of the worst frats at OSU and DKE is losing octo. I’d look elsewhere.
