im in gphi heres the deal.
-we know we are a bottom house, we’re not delusional
-our nationals do not allow us to reject people that go through formal recruitment
We have beautiful amazing girls in this house. If people would bother to meet us and not just read things online written by frat men and other sororities you would see a totally different side of gphi. I LOVE my house and we are here to stay. We are constantly working our asses off to make our chapter bigger and better, don’t think we’re not.

I went through formal recruitment 2 years ago and I had no idea rankings were a thing so I never looked at greek rank. i consistently put Gphi above a lot of the middle and high tier sororities throughout my whole process. ultimately ended up at a different house but still, if online rankings didn’t exist i really think people would have a much different attitude towards gphi and other low tier chapters
