Delt, Sig Chi, DKE, APES, KA (Phi Psi), KSig, and SAE have always been the top frats. SAE got a god awful pc and rep bc of them but this whole PIKapp, ATO, Beta, Theta Chi, KDR, TEP being top stuff is just not and never has been true.
