Irish Kid in Ksig crossdressing at night?

I was walking through the alley near the Ksig house and I had the strangest encounter. A very skinny lanky man with a funny accent wearing a dress with makeup and high heel. He just glanced at me very weirdly and smirked at me for a bit until he growled like a bear and crawled away to the Ksig house.
