Why is xo so low

Not in chi o but I have a lot of friends in it and I don’t understand why they keep being ranked so low? They have a lot of pretty girls with personality and have gcs with a lot of frats. Doesn’t rly make sense for them to be ranked with gphi

What’s wrong with gphi? They Have a strong sisterhood with pretty and personable girls.
