Off campus frats suck honestly

Gotta be honest I’m not one of those ppl who knew how every frat rushed but what I do know is Sigma, Delt, and DKE had their PCs picked before rush started and KSig, Acacia, and Phi Psi gave out bids in a day because that scared them and still did worse.
