Info for spring rushes

If you are a spring rush you have seen a lot of conflicting posts on here recently I hope this clears it up.
“Old row” (not my term) is Sig chi, phi psi, sammy/DKE, ksig, and formerly TKE. These were the top frats historically and have the largest alumni bases. A few years ago all of them except sigma were kicked off.
“New row” are delt and sae. Maybe acacia apes and pikapp but those three aren’t even fake top. These frats gained relevancy and got better pcs/parties/sorority relations by staying on campus.
Do not be fooled by self ranks. These “new row” frats are NOT TOP. Their main competition literally don’t have houses (or live in a war zone @sigma) and they still can’t throw better parties. DKE has a house, phi psi is on campus next year, and ksig isn’t gonna magically die off. If they can’t compete with these frats when they have small pcs and are off campus, how will they stay relevant when all 4 old row frats are at full strength? They won’t, and that’s why they are self ranking like panicked little girls.
Tl;dr if you wanna spend college chasing leftovers and not have fun rush delt

Do you even go here? Aphi, pi phi, and theta underclassmen only go to “new row” parties lmao. Dg is the only one that still goes to “old row”

They only go to old row. You will not catch a APhi DG or Pi Phi underclassman at new row. Do you even go here.
