Lower Top: SAE, Ksig, Phi Psi
Upper Mid: APES, Pikapp, KDR
Mid: Acacia, ZBT, Theta Chi, ATO
Lower Mid: Fiji, Beta, Pi lam
Bottom: the rest
Sig chi - forever top
DKE - sammy is back on campus, they’ll get a large pc full of east coast kids
KDR - on the rise. got the Phi Psi house. Watch out for these guys, they are growing fast
SAE - Good parties. Love their DJ. Always pair with other top frats
Delt - Fun parties. Always have strong pcs
ATO: dropping slightly. Only popular bc of the Boys of 98
Ksig - only thing they got is their house and poorly ratioed blocks with Delt and SAE
Phi Psi - similar to Ksig except they don’t have a house
Fiji: throw consistently but nothing too special. Have a great annex
Pikapp - on the rise. Starting to throw with top frats
APES - less popular DKE
Theta Chi: decent parties, new pc seems cool
Acacia: some guys are creepy some guys are cool. Throw good parties but will have some trouble with rush in spring
Beta: huge house, tri-delt groupies
ZBT: Have fun parties but are still off campus. Could swap them with fiji/beta. Get DKE and APES leftovers
Pi Lam: Auto bid if you show up to rush
