Why do people put ksig and dke in top tier?

Kappa sig’s house is disgusting on the inside, and dke doesn’t even have a big main chapter house. Word on the street is ksig has been struggling with getting enough kids for their pledge classes. How is that top tier? Thats the the place you go to become a junkie and waste your life away. Ksig is a shadow of what they used to be 5-10 years ago.

Dke/Sammy is kinda just “there,” not relevant, not irrelevant.

KSig still has fun guys. DKE is irrelevant though, girls don’t even go to their stuff. Would put them on the same terrier as delt acacia and sae.

DKE and Ksig both pair with Sig Chi, Phi Psi, and SAE all the time? If they’re not top tier then the others wouldn’t be either

Ksig may be worse now but it’s worse still puts it up their with the top four fraternities. Same with DKE/Sammy.
