End of Fall 21 frat ranks

higher top: sig chi, delt, dke, sae,
lower top: ksig, apes, pikapp, kdr
mid: ato, theta chi, fiji, acacia
bottom: beta, zbt, pilam, Delta Sig
irrelevant: the other 20 frats


Top: These are standard at this point nobody should have an issue with these. Always throw ragers and play good music. Didn’t rank phi psi on here because they’re homeless and not sure how that will affect them.

Lower top: Kdr got the phi psi house so they will rise just because of that. It’s much better than the tke castle and that will reflect in recruiting. Ksig fell because their recruiting is suffering but still up near the top. Pikapp has had great ragers and they have anto DJ’ing so they rose.

Mid: Haven’t heard much from acacia and ato at all this year. They have good houses and name recognition so they’ll be able to rebound if they start throwing more. Theta chi has recruited well over the last 2 years and parties are always fun.

Bottom: Zbt has thrown a ton and could easily be mid but they’re off campus and don’t have a huge indoor space for cold weather parties, best of this tier by far. Beta used to be mid but I don’t know of anything they’ve done lately. Their house keeps them from being unranked but their dues keep them from recruiting better.
