KRD pairing with SAE?

One of the SAE social chairs told me that they are pairing with KDR for block next year. KDR plans to have block on the balcony next year of phi psi. I also got told that Brian Beckman personally paid the KRD president so that he could be infront of the balcony so that he could get into every single picture there is taken up there.
