What determines how people rank frats and sororities and how do chapters move up?

Sororities— hotter = higher rank, any one who says anything else is lying to themselves

Fraternities— better parties = higher rank

Strat ranks is based off looks. It’s also who was an “it girl” in high school (looks, high grades, money, etc.) they vet girls using instagram
