Explain Beta Ranking?

Phi Psi, Sigma Chi, Sammy
KSig, Acacia, Delt
Apes, Fiji, PiKapp
Beta, Theta Chi
ATO, KDR, Pi Lamm

I pulled this ranking from the other post but can anyone explain why Beta is ranked above ATO, KDR, Pilam?

They don't ever have any good events or rarely have anything. So why are they above the others?

They self rank, if they put themselves any higher it’d be too obvious. Most of beta are awkward asf no 🧢

Have you seen their house? You could put a tribe of deformed pygmies in that house and they would rank higher than some chapters. Place is a palace.

Just because the house is nice doesn’t mean they should rank higher lol. Weird dudes and parties suck ass.

No point in ranking them higher if they don’t have any pros.
