Transfer and COB

Hi! I'm currently thinking about transferring to TOSU next fall. I'd be coming in as a sophomore. I know TOSU does Spring Rush, but are transfers able to COB in before that, or do they have to wait?
Additionally, do you have any tips on rushing as a sophomore?

yes, you can cob in the fall, which i recommend. i transferred in as a sophomore this year & regret not rushing in the fall. i waited until spring (along w a lot of my other friends who transferred) & we all had a hard time getting bids/going through rush bc sororities hate sophomore i stg
