which houses COB?

since the last weekend of recruitment is coming up, i'm definitely nervous. i currently only have houses i have yet to connect with unfortunately, but i am going to keep an open mind and go through sisterhood and possibly pref. if i still feel the same i do about any houses i have remaining, i definitely don't want to join a house i'm not interested in since it is such a huge financial commitment & i would hate to be unhappy too/settle. if i drop, i'm thinking about doing COB. does anyone know who usually does COB/who probably will this year? i had a few friends tell me most chapters do every year & one in a chapter who said probably everyone will since pretty much no one will actually meet quota. can someone let me know?? thanks!
