question for guys here?

Im an upcoming freshman who wants to rush but with the way things are going should I? Im not knowledgable on the layout of canpus yet or know much about here but i have some questions about possible solutions?
If parties are such a problem with faculty here why not bring parties off campus, get off campus houses fix them up a little bit and party there? Maybe this has already been tried but if it hasnt it is a good option because it gives you another place as an option to throw a party.
I feel as though the greek scene isnt dead or dying but it could if we lose any more fraternities.

You are literally misunderstanding what i was saying, and what i think this guy was saying too was i was merely asking a question? I hope you arent a representation of most of the people im going to be meeting and potentially calling brothers.

Nah if he had just asked if it was worth rushing it would have been one thing. He gave advice on something he knows nothing about which is made obvious by the fact that he thinks parties are thrown on campus and that faculty are the ones complaining. If he knows nothing about the subject (which he even states), why give advice?
