sae: underground or dead?

I know that SAE is having problems with the university again and that over 70 brothers have dropped. even their exec board is recommending that everyone drop and that they are selling their chapter house next year. are the guys left gonna continue on? Or is SAE most likely gonna go underground or just phase out???
