Solely looks & attitude. They want girls that LOOK and ACT like the typical stereotype of a sorority girl. DG is the least stereotypical, but still follows a lot of those rules. Don’t party? Don’t expect top. Not skinny? Don’t expect top. Not rich? Don’t expect top.

Mostly agree but I wouldn't say not having money rules you out of the top tier. If you're cute, social, and can look well-put together, I don't think the money thing will matter. (at least as far as cuts go..it matters that you can pay your dues and of course there are other expenses too). I know plenty of girls with average upbringings in top-tier houses.

With that said, if you DO feel like you are "faking it" for a house, try and think if you actually would fit in with those girls as sisters to begin with.
