Are there any frats that let in guys to block who aren't in a frat or know someone in the frat?

That is rare unless if you are allowed to rush or if there is a guest list which never really happens

All the frats have a guest list you just need to be friends with someone in the frat that can put you on. Some frats are pretty selective about their lists though (sig chi for example)

What about girls? I'm probably not going to rush as it just doesn't seem like my thing, but obviously still want to go out. Will I need to get on a guest list and answer the "who do you know here"

If you're a girl you can literally walk into any block or frat arty no problem unless it's a private event with a sorority and frat but then you prob wouldn't know about it and it would be weird af to try to go
