i see the frats basically staying the same
pi phi alpha phi dg-same
kd-rise a littleeee
theta-fall to mid
tri delt/chi o-i see one rising and one falling don't know which
azd and axo-rising
agd and zeta-falling
gamma phi-rising a little
aephi, dz, and aopi-stay the same unless aephi or dz get a great pc randomly

I see a lot of middle tier frats and sororities rising.
I think Tri Delt, Fuzzy, Zeta and AXO are rising and getting better, and I think challenging some of the more established sororities like KD and Chi O who are haven't kept the pace.
As for frats, I think Phi Delt, ATO, SAE, and AEPi are rising, with some rising faster than the others. I think TKE is falling hard and, tbh, Delt hasn't kept up with the other top tiers and have been sort of bland.

I think this past semester showed that SAE isn't as popular as everyone thinks they are. The bubble popped

Beta rising just due to the house but will need to get selective and stop bidding everyone.
Sammy, obviously.
I think GPB must be due to rise up, if they just tried a little harder. They have sweet girls but never heard about them.
Tridelts are so basic and hard to talk to, would never consider them rising.
TKE - totally agree and karma works.
Kappa Sig? no.
AXO? I guess so but again so basic.
