how to tell if a frat wants you?

Other than having good convos with brothers and rush chairs, is there anything else someone rushing should be looking for as far as hints that a frat likes and wants you. Would they be sending texts to the guys they're interested in?

Inviting them back to other rush events (like, "Hey hope to see you tomorrow" or "Hey you have the rush schedule right?"), inviting them to go out after events, stuff like that.
