That takes a lot of work, no one cares about how good your national reputation is, we care about your campus reputation. Accept the fact that you aren't top tier, and probably not even middle tier. Just work on getting to know everyone, building your sisterhood and creating a reputation you would be proud of. Good Luck.

Let's be honest here ladies, you have a lot of work to do. You just got here so you cannot assume that you are a top tier house. That takes a lot of work, no one cares about how good your national reputation is, we care about your campus reputation. Accept the fact that you aren't top tier, and probably not even middle tier. Gamma Phi Beta - ΓΦΒ Sorority at Ohio State University - OSU 3.8 They seem alright. Hard to tell how they really are because they don't even know how they are yet. They have a lot of work to do to improve, but hopefully they will improve. I think it would be better for them to have socials/parties with different frats but that is unlikely.

Gamma Phi Beta - ΓΦΒ Sorority at Ohio State University - OSU 2.8 Really improved their reputation at the variety show. There's some not so good looking ones but also some really hot ones. For only being around a few months I'd say they're off to a good start
