Pretty sure they have nothing to do with each other. You mean sigma chi who took pi kapps pledges? Or do you mean pi kapps alcohol based Facebook post for spring rush? Talk about dumb...

Lambda Chi Alpha - ΛΧΑ Fraternity at Oregon State University - OSU 5.0 We are over there a lot and literally no one does that. Who would they call to complain about? No one is even close to them. Sigma nu has no parties and phi delt is dry, etc.

Lambda Chi Alpha - ΛΧΑ Fraternity at Oregon State University - OSU 5.0 It's obvious the last two posts are from someone who couldn't get a bid. Lots of other houses to choose from...find one that you like and is desparate enough to bid you. Lots of people get dropped from rush. It happens. But you move on and if nothing else works, start your own fraternity.
