Lambda Chi Alpha - ΛΧΑ Fraternity at Oregon State University - OSU 1.0 I don't care how many people are in your house. I don't care how how large your house is. I don't care how your party scene is. I don't care how you think you're top tier on campus. I DO care whenever you start screwing over other fraternities at a time where the university is already hurting Greek Life. This is why other fraternities don't like you guys (among many other reasons). We're all here to have a good time -- so be friendly. Oh, and can you low lifes learn how to play a game of die?

Lambda Chi Alpha - ΛΧΑ Fraternity at Oregon State University - OSU 1.0 Their parties get shut down a lot more than other house's parties because of the location of their house and their second floor party room. That gets them mad and they call the cops on other house's parties. Pretty bottom tier action if you ask me.

Grades size and involvement make them top tier. Other frats just like to hate...you have to admit, lambda wins things and drops big checks....

Go look at lambda's grades this past term, not top. Anybody can drop big checks...you can't buy your way in to being top. Size, brings up usual argument of lambda rushing quantity over quality. It's not what the house does, it's who the house is, as in your brothers, that make a house top tier

Then why are they on your hit list? Geez...get over your hate. Their grades are top 1/3, they win and show up so obviously not rushing just anyone who will join (or they wouldn't stick around). In case you didn't get it...philanthropies are to raise money. They aren't buying anything, they are being supportive and helping KD etc, meet their philanthropy goal.

Requirements include sitting at the gym for hours but not actually getting any stronger, talking down about every other house, and being able to fit "Lambda is the top house" into every sentence both spoken and written. Bonus if you enjoy living in one of the smallest and least maintained chapter houses on campus but can still say "our house is nice" it a straight face.

NEW ON GREEKRANK

Lambda Chi Alpha - ΛΧΑ Fraternity at Oregon State University - OSU 4.6 Coming from a girl perspective they are the only top how she that genuinely cares about girls and their safety at and after parties. Only house I feel totally safe. They were upper middle tier a few years ago but have been the most improved house the with the last two rush classes. Overall this site is irrelevant because it is just frats self ranking them self because of their egos. Lambda is a top 3 house in almost every girls opinion like it or not.
